제 품 개 요
덱가드 일라스틱은 2성분형 침투성 프라이머와 1성분형 탄성 코팅제로 구성되어 있다.
2회 코팅으로 400 마이 크론 이상의 건조 도막두께를 형성한다.
덱가드 프라이머는 저점도형 에폭시계 레진으로 높은 침투성과 하지 강화 성능이 있다.
화학반응으로 소수성 막 을 형성하여 물의 침투를 방지하며 콘크리트표면을 강화시키고
안정화시키는 얇은 도막을 형성한다.
덱가드 일라스틱은 특수 아크릴폴리머로 구성된 수성 탄성 코팅제이다.
인장력과 복원력이 우수하며, 먼지침착, 자외선. 비 등의 외부환경에 대한
저항성이 뛰어나며 현장조건에 따라 다양한 색상을 선택할 수 있다.

사 용 방 법
준 비
공면은 건조해야 하며 가볍게 긁는 등의 방법으로 기름, 글리즈, 박리제, 양생제 등의
이물질을 제거해야 한다. 코팅제 위에 도포해야 하는 경우 혼용성, 접착성 시험을 해야
한다. 단락부위 또는 곰보 등은 렌더록 HB40으로 보수하고 완전히 양생시킨다.
시 공
덱가드 프라이머는 배낭형 스프레이기로 0.3-0.4리터/m2를 1회 또는 수회로 나누어 면에
균일하게 시공한 후 양생 (20℃에서 12시간 이상) 시킨다. 프라이머가 적절하게 건조된
후 코팅제를 시공한다.
덱가드 일라스틱이 최상의 물성을 발현하기 위해 정확한 비율로 반복 시공한다. 구석,
돌출부 등에 주의하여 브러시, 롤러 등으로 시공 도막 두께가 400 마이크론 이상 되도록
프라이머 위에 덱가드 일라스틱을 1회 도포한다. 손으로 만질 수 있는 정도 (20℃에서
약 16시간)로 건조시킨다. 동일한 방법으로 2회 도포한다. 저온에서는 정확한 건조 도막
두께가 될 수 있도록 270 마이크론 두께로 3회 도포한다.
청 소
사용 직 후 깨끗한 물로 사용장비를 깨끗이 씻는다.
제 한
덱가드 프라이머와 덱가드 일라스틱은 각각 2℃와 5℃ 이하에서 시공하지 않는다.
덱가드 일라스틱이 48시간 내에 서리 또는 20℃에서 2시간 내에 비를 맞거나 바람이
불어 시공 후 먼지가 침착되지 않게 해야한다. 상대습도가 90% 이상인 경우 및 물 또는
물리적인 해에 직접 노출되는 경우 사용하지 않는다.

렌더록 HBF는 물과 반응하여 알칼리를 방출한다. 덱가드 프라이머와 덱가드 일라스틱
이 피부와 눈에 튀지않도록 하고 삼키지 않는다. 보안경, 장갑 등의 보호장비를 착용한
다. 덱가드 프라이머는 인화점이 38℃인 인화성 물질이다.
